Cross-country skiing
For all those that love cross-country skiing, the Fassa Valley, as with Alpine skiing, offers its guests over 70 kilometres of slopes subdivided into different circuits and trails of different lengths and with varying degrees of difficulty. The circuits located at high altitude are those of Alba di Canazei in the Ciampac ski area that reach an altitude of 2,142 metres, thus guaranteeing ideal skiing until late in the season. In addition, at the San Pellegrino Pass, we find the Centro Fondo Alochet situated at an altitude of between 1,770 and 1,850 metres. Other circuits at the valley bottom allow cross-country skiing to be freely practised as well as the possibility of learning the technique thanks to the many instructors of this discipline.
